Norwich have made their third signing as they start look to rebuild for their return to the Championship, signing Sunderland midfielder Bali Mumba.
The highly rated youngster, 18, leaves the stadium of Light for an undisclosed fee. He signs a four-year-deal.
He made his first-team debut for the black cats on the final day of the 2017/18 season, and went on to make another nine appearances for the club, before spending the end of last season at South Shields on loan.
He is now Norwich's third signing of the summer, following the signings of Jacob Sorensen from Esbjerg and Przemyslaw Placheta from Slask Wroclaw.
