Former Wycombe defender Jason McCarthy is nearing an exit from Millwall, as he has interest coming in from several Championship and League One clubs.
McCarthy, 24, signed for Millwall from the Chairboys last summer but only made five appearances and one start for the lions, as Mahlon Romeo was preferred at Right-back.
He rejoined Wycombe on loan in January, but his loan was cut short in March. Gary Rowett has stated that he may not be in his plans for next season, saying "For Jason there's probably a few ahead of him here. He's done quite well out on loan so we'll see where that goes coming into next season."
