Coalville maintain unbeaten run with 6-1 win

Coalville continue their unbeaten start to the season with a convincing 6-1 win over below-par Banbury.

It was The Puritans who started the scoring just five minutes in, when Henry Landers finished cleanly past Deeney in goal. Coalville then scored two quick fire goals to turn the game on it's head, with Jake Eggleton and Tim Berridge scoring just on the half hour mark.

Luke Shaw then added to the Ravens' lead on the hour mark after a shot was rebounded straight into his path. The game turned into mayhem for the next ten minutes, after Banbury keeper' Jack Harding was given a straight red after he brought down Kalern Thomas in the box. Talisman Billy Kee then scored the resulting penalty, and then scored another penalty five minutes later after he was brought down in the box.

Substitute Connor Smith scored the final goal one minute after coming on with a tidy finish.
